11.3 lodi77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12.1 lodi77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason lodi77 deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
12.2 Upon termination for cause, lodi77 may forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Upon termination without cause, lodi77 will return any verified withdrawable balance to you via your registered payment method.
12.3 You may close your lodi77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard rules.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
